About The American Taekwondo Association
The American Taekwondo Association is composed of more than 130,000 men, women and children training in Songahm Taekwondo at more than 800 academies across the United States. Established in 1969 at Omaha, Nebraska, the ATA's national and international operations are directed from the headquarters in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Through the years the ATA's focus has remain unchanged: to provide all students the finest martial arts instruction in a safe and positive learning environment. Schools offer state of the art facilities, maintain excellent student-instructor ratios, and only hire certified instructors who are qualified to teach its various programs.
